Why doesn't yahoo automatically make division opponents play each other twice?

ok, I know this should be academic, but I just decided to make my fantasy league into 2 divisions, it's a 10-team league and once I did that I assumed that yahoo would regenerate the schedule as to have each team play their division twice, it does not do that, does anyone know of an easy way to do this, manually is way to long and confusing
