Is there a doctoral program in African American studies?

It would be most appreciated if you could name the person who established the first one but that's just additional information i would like. Tuna i dont want one i was wondering if there was one and DrIG you gave me a google search and didnt answer my question i appreciated the 10 seconds of thought you both put into your answers but none helped
