CSU Fullerton major: communications (advertising) or business (marketing)?

Hello! I am planning on attending CSU Fullerton next year, I took a gap year and am re-applying to the school. (I got accepted right out of high school but couldn't attend due to personal reasons.) I want to go into the entertainment industry and work in the marketing industry, or advertising. The thing is that CSU Fullerton has two majors that seem like they would work for me: Communications (Advertising) and Business Administration (Marketing) Of course, since I want to work in marketing the business major in marketing seems appropriate, but isn't communications more what I would need, rather than business? Help?

1. Major in Marketing. Communications is not a good major. It is a very popular major with students who do not have specific goals which means that the market is flooded with unemployed BA's with Communications. I know two personally. Marketing will get you much farther.
