What are some good college degrees for moms like me?

I am about 24 years old and a mother of a son, I a didn't go to college because of financial disabilities, but I am willing to do that now. Can someone provide good info on some degrees or anything IN USA

2. What is your main goal other than combining a career with motherhood? Do you want a job that allows you to be home when your son is not in school? If so, seek a job in education. Do you want a job that pays well for relatively little college education, then consider dental hygiene. If you want a job that would permit you to telecommute from home, consider jobs in computers, writing, etc., but realize that jobs that you can do from home are also subject to being outsourced. What are your interests? What would you enjoy doing?
