Question about x-ray tech training..10 points to the most helpful?

I am exploring options for a career, some reason being an x-ray tech caught my attention the most....I am looking online where to train, and i've come across a handful of different places...My main question is, a lot of the places only offer certificates, from common sense i already know they aren't as meaningful as a degree, but how big of a difference will it make if i only have a certificate? I am open to degree programs but i really just need some guidance before making a decision.Any advice or suggestions will be very helpful. thank you, i will pick best answer.

  1. To become a radiologic technologist, you have to go through an accredited radiography program. It doesn't matter if it's a certificate through a hospital or an associate through a college. They are both 2 years.
