Does training from these schools actually help you get a job?

I see ads for career training programs at schools like Ross and Dorsey... can you actually get a job with their certification? It seems reasonable, so I was wondering.

1. Nowadays no school gets you a job; really look into them first these schools can cost a fortune and are often not accredited. You really get nothing but a paper to hang on the wall. Find a community college or four year nearby, you'll have better luck with that. Research the up and coming fields (healthcare, engineering, computer tech) to go for a better paying position after graduation.
