What are the best career colleges?

I've heard a lot of commercials for ITT Tech, Career Colleges of America, National University, etc and their programs that last like 1 year and earn you a degree in nursing or computer programming or crime scene investigation. Are these programs worth it and if so, which ones? I've heard that some are scams and just cost you lots of money but don't guarantee you a job.

1. depends if your good or not, got hired a week after i got my associates degree from ITT the CNS program. The company also hired a lot more people from ITT also and a lot meaning about 30 people in a week, and not finishing up my Bachelors
2. Your community colleges. No school guarantees you a job.
3. You cannot become a nurse in a year.No school can guarantee you a job.
