Is it better to have two masters degrees?

What I mean is, do you get paid more? I want to get my masters in School Counceling because I want to be a school councelor, and I am contemplating a masters in English. Does it make sense to have both degrees? Also, is it better to go to grad school full time or part time?

  1. Yes, it is better to have two masters degree than one master degree but it is a lot better to have a master degree and a Phd degree and people who do has a higher income. It really depends of your work load and your other schedule also how well you can handle graduate school work some people go part time because they have a family and a full time job.
  2. No, you don't necessarily get paid more for having a masters, and since no job requires two, it's not going to do much for you. Just pick one and go for it. Go to grad school full time if you can; it can take 2-3 years to earn a masters full time. A lot longer part-time.
  3. You do not get paid more. Instead of getting a second masters degree take the time instead to get a PhD.
