What institutions, American or worldwide, offer completely online PhD in Creative Writing or Literature?

I would like to begin research on a completely online doctoral degree, preferably in Creative Writing and Literature. They may be in English or Spanish. I've Google-searched them for hours but I can't find any. I appreciate any help on the matter.

1. There probably are none. Ph.D. programs require some periods of attendance on campus even if they are for only two weeks a year. The Ph.D. programs that require two weeks residence of which I know are in social sciences and related fields.
