how to start a career in hr/training coordinating?

I have been in service and sales since I graduated college, and recently have been working a job that deals with lecturing/teaching/training. I have decided this is a career i'd like to pursue, does anyone know what basically an entry level position would be in this field? ideally I would like to be a corporate trainer, however i'm open to starting off at a different position in relation to this to build experience. any help would be much appreciated! thanks!

  1. there is a title called corporate trainer; that requires a BA/S in business and ideally a degree in education/esp teaching luck to u
