during campus placements in mba colleges , the bad academic background causes any effect?

like if someone don't have gud percentage in higher secondary, or second division in graduation...will it effect during placement in mba schools.

1. Yes, unless u r smart enough to make up for it.
2. In general, Yes! it does affect your placements. Academics have an effect on your pay package, designation etc. On a more specific level, the importance of academics is also a function of which college you in and who is the recruiter. A good MBA college background has lesser impact so do a Company who may not put weight on curricular performance.
3. It may some times happens incase of some higher compies but their is a way out.Just answer to the questions without any hesitation.that will help u a lot.
