Which online school has a better Doctoral program in Early Childhood Education?

I have recently earned my Master's of Education in Education Administration and would like to purse a doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education. However, I have a very busy schedule and the nearest university with a program in Early Childhood Education is 1 1/2 hours away, so I have been looking into online programs. I noticed that there were programs at NorthCentral University and Walden University, but I am not sure of the reputation of their schools in the field of education. I am wondering if they are creditable schools or if there are traditional universities that offer a doctoral degree program in Early Childhood online? Please help.
