How does FHA look at students training & job history?

I am in a 2 year hospital based training program for a new career. We are allowed to work in the hospital during our second year of the program earning an hourly wage. Once graduated after the second year of classes/training, we would become employees. Two main questions: 1). How would FHA look at that employment history? Would this be an issue? 2). Would Contingent Employee status (getting 38-40 hrs) make a difference compared to regular Full Time Employee (FTE) status? Thanks in advance for your help!
