top 100 swimmer in the 17-18 boys division in the nation chance getting into a college through a college coach?

I am top 100 in the mens 17-18 division in swimming in the USA. If i have a 2.8, would a college swim coach help me with the Dean of admissions (including appeal)? I am also talking about schools like UCs and CSUs where academics are also required (3.0 minimum for UCs)

1. I'm confident that a college coach will help you with, as needed, the application process. However, most students are able to complete the application process on their own. With a 2.8, if you have a very high SAT or ACT score, you might get into a UC or CSU campus but, it would be tight. Other than that ... just what in the world are you asking?
