What is the best minor for a International Business major interested in working for a high level non-profit?

I am currently making a new resume to send off to a non-profit organization for an internship, I should also add that this specific organization specializes in helping the impoverished of Africa. I am at the same time trying to decide on a minor to accompany my International Business major. What minor would make me attractive to this non-profit now and other companies after college?

2. Sociology, psychology, journalism, or French (millions of people in Africa speak French, so organizations working in Africa, including the UN, see French speakers as *highly* desirable). Be sure you have lots of volunteering experience as well -- experience where you have managed/supported other volunteers, worked in multi-cultural environments, worked with people with very low-economic circumstances, etc. Also, experience with HIV/AIDS-related campaigns is highly desired.
