Where would i go to get great certificates, diplomas, or even degrees besides a college? Like test out of it.?

I know some colleges let you take an exam before you take the class and a person can earn credit, but no grade. Is there places where i can test out like this for college course or better yet, good certificates, diplomas, or credentials similar. I am interested in business marketing, office administration, data entry, web development, graphic design, and the related. Please help.

1. You can't test out of an entire degree. Life experience degrees are scams; they are not accepted by employers. Look up the CLEP tests - you can get some college credit that way by testing out of certain subjects.
