Question about extra classes?

I'm finishing up my last year of college next semester. I'll have a BS in Business Administration with the Specialization in General Business. I do well in Accounting, Marketing and HR courses. I'm interested in HR and the community college I went to (and graduated) has Human Resource Management. I can't switch my Specialization now because it would take more time and I would to make more money when I'm done. Should I take the course at the community college? I'm only taking four courses next semester at the college I go to and I work on the weekends. I'm going for it and I'll take more courses to make my resume more marketable. I chose the General Business because I wasn't sure what area I wanted to go into, but I have a better idea now. I'm just afraid I might not find a job when I graduate.

  1. I doubt that one extra course from the community college will make any difference on your employment chances. Employers will look at the fact that you got an undergraduate degree, they will look at your GPA, and they will look at your work experience. You mentioned that you work on the weekends. It would be very helpful if your weekend job related in some way to your long term goals. If you are not working in HR now, then it would help if you got a part time job in some aspect of HR. This would help your long term objectives more than one extra class from the community college.
