1. depends on your interest. Some would say to get the MicroSoft certs, others would say get Adobe certs. Look for certificate programs at your local colleges, or even online ones. Personally, I would look to teach at a local community college. You have that skill and college instruction is very rewarding, plus you dont have all the lesson plans etc to submit.
