Real Estate training programs ?

I just recently considered real estate as a career change. I was contacted by PMZ real estate agent to take their online and classroom courses for $280. Is this beneficial for beginners? Has anyone taken these courses through PMZ?

2. $280 is a good price for classes. Usually $350. But taking the classes in person is better because you want to learn. Get started. Your broker will train you when you join a realty company..
