I am doing a project and need some questions answered about being an economist 1) What makes you feel that the job you chose was right for you 2) What type of schooling or advanced training did you receive to be able to perform the duties assigned to this career 3) How much money can you expect to earn in this Career 4) How is mathematics used in your career? what type is mathematics are involed 5) What is the career outlook for people in your Profession 6) What career advice would you give an individual interested in the same type of career as you?

1. 1. Everyone in my family was in business or economics....so I chose economics 2. I got a BA from the best economics school in the country 3. 40-50k to start...which I got 4. Only basic math is ever used 5. Economics is pretty diverse, you can use it in everyday life...so there are many options open 6. Do something you love, even if you don't get paid well for it...beit economics or communications Edit: I should add, I currently work at a bank as an analyst...
2. I've always been curious as to what exactly economists do. I'm going to take some time to look into this. Thanks.
