Storyboard Artist Career!!?

I wish to start a career in Storyboarding for Film and Television. I live in Ireland but can move away without hassle to another country in the event of a better option in the industry. I want a good start so i need (in extreme detail) the right tips in where to begin an apprenticeship/internship as a storyboard artist. the contacts are always a great help. also i need to find out where i should advance to after training. i need a lot of good information on this, so no time-wasters please

  1. Your question is very open ended. First, what's your experience/education level? If it's zero, then you'll need to at least take some classes. 1) Education: pick a country, then pick a school. You'll be able to use the resources at your institution to make your first contacts. Also try online resources such as Craigslist (http://www.craigslist.org). You should also try your local library and check out books. There are tons of resources out there. You'll probably have to secure the proper work visas and the like. Where do you want to live? Do you have the resources to live there? There are many questions that need to be answered before being able to provide a succinct answer. Best of luck.
